This Privacy Policy is issued by Hot Calc Streaming PTY LTD and applies to Hot Calc and its various & next versions, including the Hot Calc web version (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Hot Calc", "us", "we", or "our"). It is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use. Herein, we refer to our products and services as the "Service". Please read the following to understand our data handling practices. Your use of the Service signifies your agreement with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The personal data we collect depends on your interaction with us, the services you use, and the choices you make. We gather information from different sources and in various ways, including data you provide directly, information collected automatically, data from third-party sources, and inferences we generate.

We collect the following categories of personal data provided directly by you: such as name, profile name, email address, physical address, online identifiers, sex or gender, gender identity provided within Hot Calc, or other details you may volunteer that could reveal characteristics protected under applicable law.

When users sign in with Google, Hot Calc will collect their nickname and avatar from Google to set as the default profile information within Hot Calc. Users may modify this information later. Hot Calc treats this data confidentially.

Face data, such as when you use certain features to create special effects or emojis for your streaming content or uploaded pictures. Such data is processed offline solely for generating those effects or emojis and will not be used for other purposes without your explicit consent or after being de-identified. We do not use your face data for marketing or advertising, nor share it with third parties. Additionally, if you utilize Real-Person Profile Picture Authentication, we collect your profile picture and facial-recognition video for verification purposes upon your approval, by comparing the two. This helps protect against impersonation and fake accounts, and enhances service authenticity. We do not retain your facial recognition video on our servers; it is used only for the verification process.

User Content: While using Hot Calc Services, you may contribute various forms of content, including comments, texts, messages, pictures, videos, and audio recordings. All data uploaded, distributed, or streamed through the App is considered "User Content." We retain and process these communications to ensure compliance with applicable content regulations across relevant jurisdictions.

Identifiers about you and your device(s). When you use our services, we automatically log your Internet Protocol (IP) address and device information, including device identifiers (e.g., MAC address), device type, operating system, browser, and other software details (type, version, language, settings, etc.). As detailed in the Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Technologies section, our services automatically collect and store such identifiers via Technologies.

By choosing to share information, you understand that you may no longer control how it is used and it may become publicly available (depending on your actions or the actions of others with whom you shared it). Hot Calc is not responsible for any use or misuse of information you share. Furthermore, if a conversation partner reports abusive behavior, conversation data (such as voices, screenshots, or contents) stored only on that partner's device may be transferred to our servers. We process such information to assess the report's validity and determine appropriate penalties, if necessary.

You may decline to provide personal data when asked. You may also use web browser or operating system controls to prevent certain types of automatic data collection. However, choosing not to provide or allow information necessary for certain services or features may render those services or features unavailable or not fully functional.

3. OUR USE OF PERSONAL DATA

We adhere to the principle of data minimization and ensure your data is used only for the purposes described below. We process your data for service-related business purposes, such as:

• Product improvement, development, and research. To develop new services or features, analyze service usage, and conduct research.

• We disclose personal data with your consent or as deemed necessary for our business purposes to provide services to you. We disclose each category of personal data described in Section 2 with the following types of third parties for these business purposes:
• We may share User Content and your information (including from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, and usage data) with businesses legally part of the same corporate group as Hot Calc, or that become part of that group ("Affiliates"). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Service (including via analytics) and their own services (to provide you with better, more relevant experiences). Affiliates will honor your choices regarding who can see your content.
• We may also share your information and data from tools like cookies, log files, and device identifiers with third-party organizations that help us provide the Service ("Service Providers"). Service Providers are given access to your information as reasonably necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality terms.
• We may share aggregate or anonymous information with third parties, such as advertisers and investors. For example, we may inform advertisers of user numbers. • The information in your user profile (“Profile”) may be shared with your Hot Calc contacts. You control your Profile and can access and modify it within the Hot Calc application at any time. Your Profile is visible to other Service users connected to you on Hot Calc.
• Outbound Links. If you access a third-party website, product, or service (including via the Service or Hot Calc website), that third party may collect information about you. Please see their privacy policies for details on how they use collected information. This Privacy Policy does not govern information exchanges between you and any third party.
• Third-party service providers (e.g., analytics, personalization, fraud, security, and advertising companies) also collect personal data through our website and apps using Technologies, as further described in the Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Technologies section.

5. YOUR PERSONAL DATA CHOICES AND OPTIONS

• Depending on your residence, you may have the right to:
• Access and To Know. You may access personal data about you by logging into your Hot Calc account. You also have the right to request additional information about our collection, use, disclosure, or sale of your personal data, including a copy of the data we hold. • Email preferences. Choose whether to receive promotional emails. To stop, follow instructions in those emails or opt-out by contacting [email protected]. These choices do not apply to certain informational communications like surveys and mandatory service messages.
• 6. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
• Protecting user privacy and personal information is a top priority for Hot Calc Streaming PTY LTD and Hot Calc. We make substantial efforts to ensure the privacy of all personally identifiable information you provide. We recommend using a strong password, never sharing it, and avoiding password reuse across sites. Upon account deletion, Hot Calc will cease providing services and delete or anonymize your personal information as required by applicable law.

7. PERSONAL INFORMATION OF CHILDREN

• Our Service is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under eighteen (18) or allow such persons to use our Service. If you are under eighteen, please do not register or provide personal information. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under eighteen, we will promptly delete it. 8. LOCATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
